Broccoli pie

Ingredients:

800 gram of frozen broccoli

4 eggs

2 cups heavy or whipping cream

1 mug of cheese mix

Half cup of sliced nits and almonds

Salt

Pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the broccoli according to the instructions found on the bag and then filter it carefully. Crush the broccoli with fork or cut it into small pieces and put it in rounded pie shell. Mix the eggs along with other ingredients and then pour the mixture on the chopped broccoli. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until lightly brown and formed.

Cheese and mushroom pie:

Ingredients:

2 onions sliced to cubes

4 tbsp of oil

300 gram of sliced fresh mushrooms

5 spoons of mushroom Broth Powder

4 eggs

3 cups soft white cheese

Salt & pepper

Fine flour

Instructions:

Sauté the onions in a pan with the oil for 5 minutes until they get gold plated add the mushrooms and sauté them also for a few more minutes until tender, add 2 spoons of mushroom powder and one egg stirring constantly for one more minute then Remove from the heat and set aside. In a different bowl beat together the cheese with 3 eggs and 3 spoons mushroom powder. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt.

Spread fine layer of fine flour on oiled baking pan. Pour half of the cream mixture along the bottom of the pie. Spread the sautéed mushrooms in the middle and Pour the rest of cream mixture over the top of the mushrooms. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until nicely browned on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
